Criekex Terms and Conditions

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the criekex platform at criekex.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of criekex, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered players who place bets or play games.

criekex reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of criekex after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

These terms should be read alongside the criekex Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and criekex.

02 Eligibility

To open and use a criekex account, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a criekex employee.

criekex may request proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be voided.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one criekex account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on criekex, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your criekex login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact criekex support immediately at [email protected].

criekex accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

04 Deposits & Payments

criekex accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the criekex wallet section and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your criekex balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. criekex is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems or network issues outside our control.

• All funds deposited into criekex must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the account holder — are not permitted.
• criekex reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. Contact support as quickly as possible if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.

criekex does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside criekex's control.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from criekex are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. criekex processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Average processing time is under three minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified in your name.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the criekex wallet section.
• criekex does not charge fees on standard withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account is under a security review or if KYC documentation has not been submitted.
• Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6.

criekex reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on any individual player's standing.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

criekex offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

• Bonuses are credited to your criekex account automatically or upon request, depending on the promotion type.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit. Uncompleted bonuses expire and are removed from your balance.
• criekex reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

If you have an active bonus on your criekex account and wish to make a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Your real-money balance will remain available for withdrawal.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on criekex are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market. These rules are available within each betting section of the platform. By placing a bet on criekex, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bets are final once confirmed. criekex does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except where explicitly permitted by the platform.
• criekex reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, criekex reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface.
• criekex may limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its discretion, particularly where patterns of abuse or advantage play are identified.

For live betting markets on criekex, odds update in real time. There may be brief periods where markets are suspended during key moments in a match. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on criekex and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the criekex platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using criekex for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access another player's criekex account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information not available to the general public.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or corrupt activity related to events offered on criekex.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

criekex reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

If your criekex account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for any other reason, your real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

10 Responsible Gaming

• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from your own betting decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the criekex platform.

Nothing in these terms limits criekex's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms
